Of course, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff is the first thing to consider. Next is the state of the facilities: are they clean? Are the units individually maintained and well kept? Are the lock systems unique (think key pad for your own individual code, or electronically coded key)? Is there bright lighting that will be on 24/7? Will you have access to your unit on holidays and weekends?
